If you commission me with stolen, underage, or problematic content — you’ll be permanently blacklisted.

Prohibited Use. You may not use my artworks for AI training, NFTs, or in political, hateful, or illegal contexts.

No NSFW Photos. Do not send high-rating photographic refs (e.g., genitals, intercourse). Use illustrated refs only.

NSFW Age Limit. I only accept NSFW commissions from verified adults (18+).

Posting Rights. I may showcase your commission in my gallery, Patreon, SubscribeStar, or other platforms, and use it for commercial promotion (unless you buy rights).

Privacy Options. You can request specific publishing terms — custom options are available for a fee.

Done Artwork. You’ll receive a final PNG with my signature. Don’t remove my signature, alter the artwork, or give it to someone else to modify.

Sharing. Always credit me when sharing my finished artworks.
Don’t share W.I.P.s without my permission, or let other artists (or AI) finish my sketches.

Commercial Use. No resale or reproduction unless we’ve discussed commercial rights.

Pricing. Prices may vary depending on complexity, deadline, and amount of revisions.

Payment details. I only accept payment via PayPal 'Family&Friends' by one person (for group commissions).

Payment Plan. Avalable for commissions above $300.
You should be able to pay 30% up front. I start work after receiving half.

Payment deadline. Full payment must be made within 48 hours after receiving payment instructions. Please send a screenshot to confirm.

Refunds. I do not offer refunds at all. It covers my spent time.
I am not responsible for your financial literacy and other obligations.

Queue. I work on a few commissions at a time. Others go to a waitlist.
You’ll be notified before I start yours.

Availability. Consider my timezone and schedule before chatting.
Please, avoid spamming me for updates.

Deadlines. I assign deadlines in days for regular commissions and a fixed date for rush commissions.

Non Response. If you don’t respond, the deadline is paused. For rush orders, the max response time is 24 hours.

Disappearance. If you disappear for 14+ days, I reserve the right to finish the artwork without further approval.
Meeting the deadline is my top priority.

Late. If I miss a deadline by 50% or more, you’ll get a bonus at my discretion.

Canceling. I reserve the right to decline a commission on discussion stage without explanation.

Approval. I’ll send a sketch for feedback. Reply with either approval or a clear list of changes.
I can't read minds. It's your responsibility to express your opinion, I won't force it out of you.

Edits limit. Revisions after the sketch stage are extra and do not include changes to previous steps.
I don't want to make too many edits because it wastes my time and increases the cost of the commission by unknown price.

Unpaid Sketches. I may reuse unpaid or unused sketches for personal projects.
